The Rope Scraper System has been a successful slurry management system for several decades, Our AG Rope Scraper System has proven to be one of the best on the market to date. The achievement of a good clean scrape depends on several factors, our system is operated by powerful motors and gearboxes, supported by fully galvanised frames. These ensure the smooth steering of any of the AG ropes around the rollers seamlessly pulling the heavy-duty galvanised blades through even the toughest of slurry passages. The backbone of the system relies on the AG Control Panel, with bespoke programmes developed by our own Tech Team.
AG Control Panel
The AG Control Panel has been developed by our own highly skilled tech team. Whom have experience within the farming industry and livestock housing. This added advantage meant the team where able to primarily focus on writing and testing the programmes in-house before bringing the complete panel out onto farm sites to test and verify that the entire system works in the environment it is intended for whether that be for Our Rope Scrapers Systems or Our Automated Footbaths.
The overall enclosure of the control panel may be that of a generic nature but be assured that the fundamental components chosen are the driving force behind our systems. Our qualified panel developer has many years in the business and has superior knowledge of building control panels of any size and for any situation. Such skill and knowledge are important for technical advancements within the agricultural sector.
