AG AUTOMATED FOOTBATH AND CONTROL PANEL
Our Automated Footbath is one of the key components to help prevent and treat digital dermatitis in cows. Footbaths work by disinfecting cows’ feet with a diluted gentle solution (or recommended solution within the farm plan). Our Footbath is operated by 3 key sources: Electricity, Water and Air. The backbone of the system relies on the AG Control Panel, with bespoke programmes developed by our own Tech Team.
AG Automated Footbath Touch Screen Control Panel
The AG Automated Footbath Control Panel has been developed by our own highly skilled tech team. Whom live and have experience within the farming industry and livestock housing. This added advantage meant the team where able to write, test and verify the program on farm with all the components necessary.
The overall enclosure of the control panel is similar in look to that of our Rope Scraper Panel, but internally it houses the best components required to operate the footbath through all its necessary steps.
Electricity: 13amp electricity supply is required for Our plug and play control panel
Air: footbath/panel can be linked to robot or parlour supply. Or for example, a standalone 25L air compressor would be capable of doing approx. 40 cycles per day.
Water: preferably a 32mm supply connected to a volume washer (this supports the rapid washdown and refill process) Note in some cases well water supplies will require a limescale filter.
